A New Beginning

So, as you can see, I tried this blogging mess about a year and a half ago. I only got two posts before the project ended. Boo on lack of dedication and perseverance.

A lot has changed for me in this past season, and now I feel as though I must share about it. With all of you, whoever you are.

This blog will be co-authored by my better half and my best friend: my husband. We talked about starting a blog so that we could write to each other while he is away working. More about that to follow.

All of that to say, hello blogging world!

I see God...

I see God in sunlight pouring through the limbs of trees, emerging green after a winter's slumber.
I feel Him when a child places his tiny hand in mine for guidance across the street.
I hear Him in Kenneth's deep laugh.
I see Him in color, texture, smell, and taste. Isn't amazing He gives us these gifts--and we deserve none of it?

What am I doing?

I've been toying with the idea of blogging for a while now, but the thought of naming such a thing was a daunting task. I wasn't sure why I would want to create a blog, but now it's been done.
